See Where the Wind Takes You

Professional Work
My professional and creative work explores the intersection of graphic design, digital media, and visual storytelling. Through branding systems, motion graphics, animation, and interactive digital media, my work focuses on communicating complex ideas through clear and engaging visual experiences.

Branding and Identity
My branding and identity work focuses on developing cohesive visual systems that communicate purpose, personality, and value across multiple platforms. I approach each project by exploring how typography, color, imagery, and composition work together to create a consistent and recognizable brand experience in both traditional and emerging media environments.
This work reflects my interest in how visual identity shapes perception and storytelling, while also supporting strategic communication goals.
Digital Media
The digital media projects I create explore the intersection of design, communication, and technology. Projects include web-based visuals, digital marketing assets, and multimedia content developed for diverse audiences and platforms. Also, designing assets that align with user behavior, platform requirements, and campaign objectives.
In both professional and teaching contexts, I emphasize the importance of adaptability in digital environments, encouraging exploration of evolving tools, formats, and modes of visual communication.

3D Animation
My animation work centers on visual storytelling through time-based media. Using 3D animation, I explore how movement, timing, and composition contribute to narrative and user engagement.
I integrate both technical and conceptual approaches into my work. Projects often focus on animation principles such as pacing, lighting, and spatial relationships, while also emphasizing narrative clarity and creative exploration.
My work reflects an ongoing interest in how motion enhances communication and expands the possibilities of digital media.
Interactive and Digital Displays
In my interactive and digital displays projects, I examine how visual communication operates within dynamic, spatial, and user-driven environments. Projects include digital signage systems, interactive content, and presentations used in corporate and public-facing contexts.
These projects require consideration of audience interaction, environmental context, and real-time information delivery. I focus on creating clear, engaging visual systems that function effectively across screens and physical spacescreating immersive and responsive communication environments.

Student Work
As an educator, I emphasized collaborative learning and open critique sessions, encouraging students to share ideas and provide one another with constructive feedback. My teaching emphasizes creative experimentation, technical skill development, and critical discussion through project-based learning. Students are encouraged to explore visual storytelling as they develop professional portfolios that reflect contemporary design practices.

Course: Applications in Animation
Software: Lightwave 3D and Premiere
Assignment: 60-second Creative Short
Objective: Students developed a short animated sequence with sound showcasing object movement and interaction. They should demonstrate modeling, lighting, object motion, complex camera movement, and storytelling techniques.
Learning Outcomes: Students demonstrated the ability to create a storyboard, apply animation principles, and render finished motion sequences with high-resolution stills.
2018 | Rachel Meyer - Chibi Channel
Combination of camera work, group/pivot objects, and ani-music with surface changing textures.
2017 | Patrick Casey - Le Fantôme Alcoolique
Storytelling with camera work and object manipulation.
2009 | Aaron White - Ambulate Lethargy
Explored Ani-music by changing surface texture to match the music.
Course: Applications in Animation
Software: Lightwave 3D and Premiere
Assignment: 10-second Title Segue
Objective: Students developed a short animated sequence with sound showcasing object movement and interaction. They should demonstrate modeling, lighting, object motion, complex camera movement, and storytelling techniques.
Learning Outcomes: Students demonstrated the ability to create a storyboard, apply animation principles, and render finished motion sequences with high-resolution stills.
